CINDE’s team is made up as follows:

Technical and administrative office team: Executive director, heads of the three areas: administration, projects and education, project coordinators, social technician, promoters, social educators, accountant, secretary and maintenance manager.
Children’s Development Centers team (CINDE): Each center has a center coordinator, 5 teachers and a cook.
School Reinforcement team: each one is made up of a center coordinator and 4 teachers.
Social entrepreneurship staff: a responsible person in each one.
Collaborators: Volunteers and interns who carry out their social hours.
